Projects
Projects are containers for your work items, sprints, and team collaboration.
What is a Project?
A Project in Fairlx is where your actual work happens. It contains:
- Work Items — Tasks, bugs, stories, and epics
- Sprints — Time-boxed iterations for agile teams
- Backlog — Prioritized list of work to be done
- Board — Kanban-style visualization of work
Project Structure
Projects provide organization for your team's work:
- Spaces — Sub-divisions within a project (optional)
- Workflows — Custom status columns
- Labels — Categorization tags
- Members — Team members assigned to the project
Tip
Create one project per product, initiative, or major deliverable.
Creating Projects
To create a project:
- Navigate to your workspace
- Click "New Project"
- Configure project settings
- Start adding work items
