Fairlx uses a transparent pay-as-you-go billing model. You only pay for the resources you actually consume.
Pay-as-you-go Model
Unlike traditional project management tools that charge per seat or per user, Fairlx uses a usage-based pricing model. This means:
- No per-seat licensing fees
- Unlimited team members at no additional cost
- Pay only for actual resource consumption
- Scale up or down without contract changes
Tip
This model is especially beneficial for teams with varying activity levels or seasonal workloads. You're never paying for unused seats.
Usage Metrics
Fairlx tracks three primary usage metrics:

Billing Cycle
Billing in Fairlx follows these principles:
- Monthly Billing Cycle — Usage is aggregated monthly
- Real-time Tracking — View current usage anytime in the dashboard
- End-of-month Invoice — Invoices are generated at the end of each billing cycle
- Auto-Debit — Optional automatic payment via eMandate
Note
You can set up usage alerts to get notified when you approach certain thresholds. This helps prevent unexpected charges.
