eMandate & Auto-Debit
Set up automatic payments so you never miss a billing cycle.
What is eMandate?
eMandate is an electronic mandate that authorizes Fairlx to automatically debit your account for monthly usage charges:
- No manual payment required each month
- Charges are debited automatically on the billing date
- You maintain full control and can cancel anytime
Setting Up
To set up eMandate:
- Go to Organization Settings → Billing
- Click "Set Up Auto-Pay"
- Enter your bank details
- Complete the verification process
- Authorize the eMandate
Note
eMandate is currently available for Indian bank accounts. Other payment methods are available for international users.
How It Works
- At end of billing cycle, your usage is calculated
- An invoice is generated
- Amount is automatically debited from your account
- You receive an email confirmation
